You may have questions about how Bill charges for his services. The short answer is "it depends." If you are asking about a certain service, fees are usually completely negotiable, but figured based in part on the amount of work likely to be involved and the likelihood of success, and assessed on an estimate of a reasonable hourly fee. (See below) In other circumstances, flat fees can be negotiated, but again are likely to be based on the amount of time anticipated to arrive at a resolution. Finally, some cases can be either hourly, contingent fee, or a combination of the two. See below for more details.

Usually, mediation services are calculated based on half day, or a full day sessions. At this time, Bill charges $500.00 for a half day, and $900.00 for a full day. A half day is four hours, usually from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., or from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., but these times can be agreed upon differently according to the needs of the parties.

These types of services are usually handled on a hourly basis and are dependent upon an estimate of how much time will actually be involved and are negotiable. Most coaching arrangements are handled on an hourly basis, and those fees run from $70.00 to $90.00 per hour. Usually some form of retainer is deposited in Bill's trust account, and drawn from as work is performed.
