My workshops and trainings help leaders respond to conflict with discernment before action, wisdom before technique, and faithfulness before speed.

Faithful Conflict is a leadership workshop series for pastors, elders, and ministry leaders who want to lead through conflict without fear, haste, or misuse of authority.

The series helps leaders discern what kind of conflict they are facing and choose the right biblical pathway—protecting people, preserving trust, and strengthening the church’s long-term health.

Elder & Leadership Retreats
Facilitated half-day or full-day retreats designed to help leadership teams clarify their approach to conflict, discipline, and decision-making—using real-world scenarios and guided discussion.

Single-Session Teaching & Presentations
Ideal for elder meetings, presbytery gatherings, or leadership training days. Sessions can focus on topics such as when Matthew 18 applies, oversight and gatekeeping, or leading wisely when no one is sinning.

Consultation & Custom Training
Tailored support for churches navigating complex or sensitive situations, including discernment support, process clarification, and custom leadership training.
