Bill's Fees and Costs
Mediation (Non-Litigation)
- Half-Day (3–4 hours): $450 per party
- Full-Day (6–8 hours): $900 per party
Mediation (Litigation Filed/Imminent)
- Half-Day: $600 per party
- Full-Day: $1,200 per party
Christian Conciliation
- Half-Day: $400 per party
- Full-Day: $800 per party
Conflict Coaching
- $150.00 per hour (two hour minimum)
Payment Policies
- Fees are per party unless otherwise agreed.
- Payment is collected at booking via Stripe.
- Refunds for cancellations made 48+ hours before the session.
- In person sessions at the Austin DRC may include a facilities charge which will be agreed upon and paid by the parties in advance of the session.
- Travel outside Travis or Williamson County: $150.00 flat fee.
