Welcome to Resolve with Bill. The following explains how we handle your information, the terms under which services are offered, and important disclaimers about the nature of those services.

• Personal Information: name, email, phone, details you provide when scheduling services
   
• Payment Information: processed securely by Stripe (we do not store card data)
   
• Scheduling Data: via Calendly or similar tools
   
• Technical Data: IP, browser type, pages visited (cookies/analytics)
   

• To schedule/manage mediations, conciliations, and coaching
   
• To process payments and issue receipts
   
• To communicate about services and updates
   
• To improve our website/services and comply with the law
   

We do not sell or rent personal data. Information may be shared only with service providers (Stripe, Calendly, Zoom, email), as required by law, or with your consent.

We use reasonable safeguards. Stripe processes payments using industry-standard encryption.

• Opt-out of non-essential communications
   
• Control cookies in your browser settings
   

Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

We are not responsible for the practices of third-party websites linked from ours.

We may update this Privacy Policy. The “Effective Date” reflects the latest version.

By using this site, booking, or paying for services, you agree to these Terms. We may update them from time to time.

Resolve with Bill offers mediation, Christian conciliation, coaching, and related services.

Important Notice: Although William N. Woodson III is a licensed attorney, these services are not legal representation. No attorney–client relationship is created by using this website or booking services.

Any legal representation, if ever undertaken, will be evidenced only by a separate written agreement, signed and dated by both William N. Woodson III and the prospective client, in accordance with the laws of Texas.

• Appointments are scheduled through Calendly and typically conducted via Zoom.
   
• Cancellations: Must be made at least 48 hours in advance for refund or credit.
   
• Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows may result in forfeiture of fees.
   

• Payments are processed via Stripe.
   
• Payment is due at booking.
   
• Refunds are available only for cancellations ≥ 48 hours in advance, or if we cancel. Otherwise, payments are non-refundable.
   

Mediations/conciliations are confidential, except:

• With the consent of all parties
   
• As required by law (e.g., threats of harm, child abuse)
   
• As otherwise agreed in writing
   

Christian conciliation may also follow biblical principles (Matthew 18, 1 Corinthians 6).

Clients agree to participate in good faith, provide accurate information, and refrain from abusive or unlawful conduct.

All website content belongs to William N. Woodson III. Do not reproduce or distribute without written permission.

Outcomes of mediations/conciliations/coaching cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for decisions made by participants or indirect/consequential damages.

These Terms are governed by Texas law, with venue exclusively in Williamson County, Texas.

Resolve with Bill provides mediation, Christian conciliation, and coaching services. These services are not legal representation, and no attorney–client relationship is created by using this website or scheduling services.
