Any legal representation, if ever undertaken, will be evidenced only by a separate written agreement, signed and dated by both William N. Woodson III and the prospective client, in accordance with the laws of Texas.
Mediations/conciliations are confidential, except:
Christian conciliation may also follow biblical principles (Matthew 18, 1 Corinthians 6).
Clients agree to participate in good faith, provide accurate information, and refrain from abusive or unlawful conduct.

Outcomes of mediations/conciliations/coaching cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for decisions made by participants or indirect/consequential damages.
These Terms are governed by Texas law, with venue exclusively in Williamson County, Texas.
